Employees are eligible to participate in Panther’s benefit plans, as of the first day of the month following such employee’s completion of one continuous month of employment. (Provided that such employee has completed application within 30 days of date of hire.)

Leave & Holidays

  • Ten days paid annual leave to accrue per year first 3 years; 15 days to accrue years 4 –10; 20 to accrue days beginning year 11.
  • Twelve days paid sick leave per year.
  • Company paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation in accordance with company policies and/or practices.

Education Reimbursement

  • After one year continuous employment, full-time employees eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement to maintain or improve skills in current job field.
